Description

Steel cutters are highly wear-resistant and come in a variety of sizes depending on the number of cutting edges. With a minimal adjustment indicated on the positioner, you can knurl any aluminum extrusion profile by adjusting the transversal movement of the head and the vertical movement independently on the two heads. By tilting the heads +/- 10°, you can change the cutters’ work position.

The guide system of this machine, especially designed for aluminum profiles with thermal breakage, is managed by quick-change rollers made of non-abrasive material. This allows the machine to support aluminum profiles that are not perfectly straight, thanks to their structural flexibility. Roller conveyors allow easier and effortless loading and unloading of aluminum profiles.
