WHAT DO I DO IF MY TOOLS ARRIVED DAMAGED OR WITH A DEFECT?

Please reach out to us, tell us what is broken and send us a picture! We will make it right. Shipping is on us for returning the package and shipping you a new one. Your happiness is our priority!

WHAT’S YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

You are welcome to return anything that was purchased from Starlight Tooling. Although there is no set time limit, we ask that returns are brand new and that items have not been used. (Please note, normal wear and tear is not covered by the guarantee.)

Please make sure the tools are well packed and protected, so they arrive at their destination in great condition.

We will issue a refund typically within 48 hours of receiving the return. Credit will be applied to the original payment method whenever possible. Refunds may take 3–7 business days to appear on your account.

Please include a copy of the original packing slip. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless other arrangements have been made. Please ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance as Starlight is not responsible for lost packages.
